A Quality of ingredients
According to TabakerzG ยง13 (1) Absatz 2, only substances
of high purity may be used for the manufacturing of liquids.
To ensure this, only substances meeting the purity require- ments as defined by the European Pharmacopoeia (Phar- macopoea Europaea) should be used for the essential components of liquids, such as propylene glycol, glycerine and nicotine. This recognized high quality defines the purity for each substance, specifying the methods of analysis and is documented with the corresponding certificates of analysis.
